New model Rip current S DIY HELP

So I have the new model of the RCS with the 1000w bafang rear hub motor.

And I am looking to you guys for guidance on two things.
1. where and what all would I need to upgrade to a 35 amp controller (if possible include all things I'd need)
And
2. Is there any place I could go to find a bigger battery than the stock 52v 19.2 amph that is currently in it?
Any help would be amazing!

Guys attempting a project like replacing a controller are going to need to be pretty resourceful. I doubt seriously there is a "plug and play" kit available.

KT will have the controller and display you need available from a hundred different sources, just realize they make/supply a dozen or so different 35a controllers, each just a little different, with different wire connectors installed. Especially important on your project would be to get the correct/matching motor connector. Sine wave controllers operate silently where conventional square wave may make some noise when under hard acceleration or starting from a stop.
