Get the one local to you. If you need support in the future it will be less hassle.
 
How did you arrive at choosing those models? Between the two, I would choose the Ness, because I would not want the rear suspension...that is just one more thing to go wrong (and inexpensive suspension usually works poorly to begin with).

That said, I would first go to a local shop such as NYCeWheels. They carry at least a couple of less expensive folding e-bikes. Not only could you test the bikes, you'll have a place that will service them.

Thank you so much for that! I did go to nice wheels. But I didn't like the bike they had color wise and it was the only color they offered. I believe it was the blix 20 inch wheel folding bike.

Thank you for the response. Local I will stay. But maybe I will research a plan b to the joulvert. The other person who responded bought up a good point about the suspension in the rear being cheap and one more thing to fix when it breaks
