Are there assembly instructions when you get one shipped to you?
Are there manuals for the 2 shocks to set the sag and response and air pressure?

Thanks
Is the user manual specific for that bike or generic one for BH ,I already have a generic one.

Sag and response depends on the rider's weight.
The bike comes with Rock Shox manual and I have a pressure Vs rider weight chart for Suntour.

Make sure the battery is in good condition if it's 2014 model.
There is a local dealer here who is trying to get rid of 2014 models but I don't think he took care of the batteries diligently and the range was really poor.
Rest of the mechanicals should be alright.

thanks the front shock link still works but the rear does not, I found one on the internet that does not have a weight chart but a sag% and a PSI rating based on the sag %

I weigh about 200 lbs and find a setting on the rear shock of about 150 psi works well on rough single track. About all the manual suggested was adjusting the rear shock so it sags by 1/3 with you on the bike. I keep my tires around 45 psi to absorb hits and maximize traction. If I go with lower tire pressure it usually causes pinch flats.
Pressure on the rear shock has not seemed to be a critical factor unless I have it extremely low (@120 psi). Max rated pressure is @300 psi

Do check your spokes frequently.
