Need select motor.

I weight 200 lb, need top speed no more than 20mph, cursing speed ~15 mph, i live in mostly flat area no major hills.

Need light weight small geared hub motor is 250w enough or i should look towards 350w?

My cursing speed depends on how frustrated or angry I am. Probably not what you are looking for.

250w nominal is plenty in a mid drive, I wouldn't get less than 500w nominal with a geared hub motor. And as noted, I almost never curse when I ride.
