Need help with Cycle Satiator

I just got a second hand 2019 Rad City bike, but it came without a charger and they're all out of chargers on the Rad website. So I ordered a Cycle Satiator. But the connections don't fit my bike.

Has anyone used the Cycle Satiator on their Rad City bike and do you know what adapter cable I should purchase from Grin?

Look at your battery and see what it needs.

My Satiator works on my Radrover and a few of my other bikes, it's a pretty common jack. It doesn't work on my Wattwagon, Pedego, Yamaha and Bh AtomX which all have proprietary connections.

Grin offer fittings to work on the most common batteries including Reention.

Rad didn't know?

I don't think RAD open the box when it arrives from China to RAD warehouse in the US.
