Me too.
I was climbing up through a long kinda technical canyon to get to the top for the downhill drop on the other side. Three quarters of the way up it felt like I had a flat or the rear shock wasn't working correctly. So I dismounted and checked the tires and shock and they were all good so I got back on and immediately felt something had to be off and that's when I saw the rear lower pivot was blown on one side due to the other side upper bolt coming out, probably on the climb. Having only one side supported it probably allowed the other side to flex more than it was capable of so it snapped off.
Nobody around so I had to remove the rear shock top connection to get to the lower support bolts on the pivot knuckle.
I transferred the top remaining bolt to the drive side since most of the stress would be coming from that side when having to pedal. Luckily it was mostly downhill all the way back down the canyon trail, then slight slope on the one mile or so hiking trail then another one mile stretch on the paved service road to where I was parked so all good.
Took about 1/2hr to remedy but no worries.
My backpack weighs about 16lbs so I had my portable tool shop with me.
