NCM BIKES- ARE YOU READING THIS!

After reading all the positive comments from people saying how much they are enjoying their NCM bikes, it's a shame to read all the negative ones about poor after sales support, especially the slow response time to reported concerns and lack of spare part availability.
Surely it's time to set up a store in the UK, especially with the recent demand for bikes.
Your German website is very poor regarding spare parts compared to the Australian one. Why!
You have a great product which is being let down because of this lack of support.
You should be thankful of the custom you have received in the Uk and put in place an after sales support that is appreciative of this.

I wait in anticipation for a positive response.

Regards Richard.

I’m in the U.S. and I’ve had exceptional service from Leon Cycles, located in Washington State. They answer my phone calls, respond to my emails and send replacement parts when warranted. Sorry you are having issues over by you.

Hi, yes, all the threads I've read from America seem positive towards Leon Cycles. I wish that could be the same here. It would be nice to have a Leon cycles store here in he UK.

I originally wanted to buy locally but I couldn't find the right bike in my budget so I took the risk of buying online. I'm in the Bay Area (northern California) and I think that Leon Cycles is doing a good job supporting the bikes. The Moscow uses pretty common components and they're relatively simple to maintain yourself. But I think any decent bike shop could service them if needed.

But I'd urge everyone to watch some of the great tutorials on youtube to service your own bikes. You often only need a few specialty tools, or a friend to borrow from :)

I had an issue with the hub motor and it just took a quick phone call to arrange a replacement, with a prepaid box to send the old one back.

My only suggestion is that Leon Cycles expand the online store like the AUS shop did, where we can order upgrades and replacement parts online.

NCM in the US provides top notch and super responsive support here in the US for it's dealers for sure. I suspect it's the same for it's D2C side of the business. More new models coming in 2021. Stay tuned !

Damn you! lol
Almost ready to pull the trigger on an ebike (not NCM yet I like what they have) and now you got me back sitting on the fence.
I ask you just one question.... will the new models have an integrated battery housing in the down tube?
Also, as it seems all of their ebikes are named after a city, what would the new cities be?
Chernobyl ? 😅
