MY23 Riese and Muller Supercharger 2 GT Rohloff - 53cm - Warm Silver Matt

Interesting @peterh_nz. I have torn my Achilles Heel ligament, so I'm off the bike at the moment, but once I am sorted, I will run some more tests.

I also like you find using Komoot to do the importing works better.

.I will try and investigate it by looking at the actual gpx file data. I wonder if there's a stray waypoint in it, arising from my editing of the original route.

Update: I checked the GPX data and found a spurious section involving a pedestrian crossing, probably resulting from my imprecise placing of a waypoint.

I corrected the route and saved it as a new version of the GPX file. I also created an additional test route incorporating the same "non rideable" sector. Both GPX files were imported into ebike-connect via Komoot.

I repeatedly rode the route using each of the above GPX files for routing in the Nyon.

Both handled diverting from and returning to the prescibed route without problem nor loss of routing and displayed information (ETA, EDA etc).

For the "non rideable" sector both tests seamlessly continued routing and displaying data, before, during and after the "non rideable" sector.

This confirmed my experience on many other rides.

Cheers

It is fairly level, but there is a slight upward tilt. All my saddles are like that. It is what works for me. It is not as dramatic as it appears in the photo but ... I did check it with a level as well.
Unless I'm mistaken, that's a Selle Anatomica and I have one on one of my bikes. As they bed in more, it is natural to have the nose pointing up a bit to compensate for the sag, even when correctly stretched. Simply the most comfortable saddle I've owned, but I've had rails bend, and a skin only last 6 months. Current skin is over 2 years.

Indeed it is a Selle Anatomica. Time will tell as to whether it has been a good buy or not.

25.4/31.8 bar/stem.
This was intriguing me as mine is 31.8 mm, so I did some digging. I haven't a clue why R&M switch between the different options, but it's probably cost, although the Supercharger spec sheet lists the Satori stem as having cable management. One consistency I've noticed is that the base computer seems to get a 31.8 bar, if you move up in spec it switches to the 25.4. This is easiest to see on the Nevo4. Click the link and go to the cockpit options and the different computers plainly show the different diameter bars being used. The dumb thing is that the Satori stems seem to be mainly stock as 31.8 if you visit their website.

Ergotec Stems (mine is likely to be a Barracuda I)
Satori Stems (It looks like yours might be a variation of the Slingshot??)

As you can see dozens of different ones available, but WA isn't likely to have any.

I meant to mention this is an interesting summary of the different sizes in bikepacking.com. As can be seen 25.4 mm is only used by 5% of the readers who responded.
