My first ebike came with those same tires but they weren't two tone tan walled, mine are all black,..
I've got at least 4500 km on the tires, and they survived with lots of tread left, and lots of cuts, but I didn't get a single flat tire,..
I remember reading a review of my e-bike shortly after I bought it, and he said the tires are dangerous on Any terrain.
I only had problems when the terrain was mush,..
I was Completely Paranoid about getting a flat, so I added Tannus inserts, Mr Tuffy tire liners, and half a liter of Flat-Out Sportsman Formula in both tires.
I spent over $350 on flat protection for that ebike.
I also Completely Covered the innertube with copious amounts of baby powder, which is hard to find, but apparently corn starch works almost as good.
You want the tube to move inside without wearing through, or ripping the valve stem off.
Even at 30 PSI, the tires squash pretty good when bumped up to a curb.
