I have bought a 1500W ebike kit but the problem is that I cannot run it since the connector uses the ring terminal to connect it to the battery and my battery uses an XT60.
What is the best option i can do to hook them up?

You will probably need a wire with 2 rings at one end and a male XT60 at the other end.

No what I meant is that I need to connect it to the controller but my battery uses an XT60 and the controller uses a ring terminal for the battery
No magic involved. Sounds to me like you need to change one side or the other.

It begs the question...are up to the task of installing a kit?
But since I'm in a transitional period.... Here you go 🙃

From the pic, it is a female XT60, the same as the battery ... I know it's confusing.
I didn't even look at the pic... I just went with the description.
And yes typically on connectors if the copper portion is male then the plastic shell is female... hence the confusion.

Are you saying that i can connect it to my battery? I have actually seen that before but I didnt buy it because it looked like it was a female connector.

Also is there another way because I really dont want to pay 60$ shipping for something.

Buy one with the mating end (opposite) of what is on the battery already.
Batteries typically have a female.

Look for it locally... I was just trying to show you what you need.
That first one I linked is labeled incorrectly and probably wrong anyway

Life is going to get more complicated, mister or miss CustomPayload. Ring terminals need terminal blocks. So you need one of them, but terminal blocks like to melt and take up space,.

Have someone replace the ring terminals with a male XT60 on your controller wires. There's a "+" sign molded on the side of the XT. Red wire goes on that side.
