Hi this is the first time I have ever blogged. I’m not sure how to do this.Please bear with me .Ipurchased this controller from amazon.no schematic also lcd monitor S866 no manual , so I have spent many hours putting this together. Well it works after a fashion. On power up the bike takes of slowly about 10 mph. The brakes does nothing won’t cut out the motor and the pas. doesn’t seem to work I’m in the process of replacing the pas sensor. Can any one point me in the right direction.

Start by showing the amazon link where you bought it. Also more about the bike. Is it a new build? What kind of motor? Or is it an older bike where you replaced the controller.

Hello harry yes it’s an old bike.This is the second upgrade The first went well for about four years. It just sort of died and I had to pedal home. I was so exhausted that I fell of.Anyway I blamed every component except the battery. I charged and recharged it measured the voltage , and it was always 38.6 v. The kit came from Ali Express and worked well with no problems. Then I had a brainwave I attached a battery drill and not a squeak.The motor is a brushless three wire no hall sensors l can’t find the Maintenance & Repair section

There's usually some parameters in the display to set, and most of the controllers sold on amazon show that and the connector info in the sales listing, as do most aliexpress sellers. I have a little 13A 250W Brainstorm controller/LCD from Aliexpress that I got working, but I never used it because I thought it was kind of weak. My LCD was a little different. I think it only had 5 settings.
