Mahle x35 cannondale, error code 35

Hi all, i am having a bit of a problem and would appreciate any help. I have a cannondale topstone. It has the x35 motor, and has worked perfectly for over 2 years. Recently whilst out for a ride I get a flashing purpule light and no pedal assist. If you turn it on and off sometimes you can cycle for 2 minutes with assist or sometimes it come bacl on immediately. The error code is 35 when I try to Google this ir appears it could be pas sensor. Has any one experience in changing this sensor and would be easy engough to do Mt self.

Hi gord, it may be just the magnetic sensor on the rear wheel has gotten dirty or miss aligned, check for this before you start ordering parts.
