Bafang error codes

Good afternoon all, I have a Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra Dou. It has a Bafang M620 Ultra motor and a Bafang DPC 18 controller. I went into town the other day and came out after the errand and no go. The battery was at 85%. When I pulled up the error codes there were none, zeros across the screen. I sent the motor back to Biktrix to be diagnosed, couldn't find anything amiss. What I can't wrap my head around is no error code reported. They are sending a new gear sensor, speed sensor and umbilical cord no charge it's still under warranty. I'm new to ebiking. I like to know how machines function. Does anybody have any insight as what is going on?

Can you provide more details on “no go?”

No throttle?
Can you change PAS levels?
If you lift the rear wheel off the ground and spin it, does the display show non zero MPH?

You can keep throwing parts at until it's fixed, or you can drag out a volt meter and start checking things out - starting at the battery. Does it have voltage? How much? Does the battery wire that plugs into the motor have voltage? How much? Etc....

No go, the motor doesn't turn on. Iv'e tried kickstand back wheel of the ground, no go. Iv'e unplugged the brake sensors, no go. There is no apparent problem with the display. The motor arrives back from Biktrix tomorrow. I'll put on the parts they send and hopefully that will fix it.
