Hi, my second post..
Summarised issue or what i want:
▪️Firmware file for Bafang M620 UART 52V with no current ramp down at low Battery SOC
i would love when this firmware allows me full read and write in BESST/BESST pro. And is not loocked
My issue with the Banfang m620 ultra 52 is that the "Low Voltage Cutoff current ramp down" starts in my case by 50% SOC in 4A steps to limiting me for the remaining 40% of Battery SOC to 12A max current.
Motor:
Firmware:.CRR10M5228E105011.6
Firmware Version: 1.0.0.4
Hardware Version: 1.5
UART Version CRR10M.1000.SN.U1.5A13
Purchased 52V/28A but all Tools shows 48V/28A
Eggrider C1:
Eggrider App: v2.8.20
Display Firmware: v2.7.80
This aggressive battery safe mode behaviour is mentioned in some threads/cases cf.

It might be an programming Parameter in the hardcoded firmware . If found in open Firmwares for BBSHD controllers in the battery.c file the description of
"The LVC rampdown starts at 10% battery SOC (LVC_RAMP_DOWN_OFFSET_PERCENT) and will linearly
ramp the current down to 20% (LVC_LOW_CURRENT_PERCENT) of the maximum configured current.
For example, if the maximum battery voltage is 58.8V and the low cutoff voltage is 42V, then:
- The full voltage range is 58.8V - 42V = 16.8V
- The padding amount is 0.08 * 16.8V = 1.3V
- The battery is considered at 100% SOC at 58.8V - 1.3V = 57.5V
- The battery is considered at 0% SOC at 42.0V + 1.3V = 43.3V
- LVC rampdown will start at 10% SOC, so: 43.3V + 0.1 * (57.5V - 43.3V) = 44.7V
- Full LVC limiting will occur at 0% SOC, so: 43.3V
*/
In my case the ramp down is annoying! I want all current till end. Maybe compromissing that a ramp down start at the last 10% SOC
So my question is:
▪️Can somebody send me i fresh updated firmware file for 52V UART Version where this issue is solved?
I would love to get an firmware where BESST tool can read and write all Parameters!!! At this time i cant read or write any Parameter. BESST tool is recognised by Software

m620 reduced power issue
Last weekend i assembled a new ebike with a seroxat frame and a UART m620 motor. After several rides i've been encountering the power output limiting once my battery reaches around 47V (~30%). Once i hit this wall, my max power output is about 350 Watts, no matter the assist or throttle input...

Limp mode on battery
What governs when a battery goes into limp mode? Is it the BMS or the controller? My new bike has a Bafang Ultra motor and 21AH battery . I have the screen set to read voltage rather than %. At somewhere around 46.5 volts it kicks in to limp mode and will give me around 400 watts of power...
