magnum premiun folder question

wondering about the controller on the magnum premium, does the bike start off calmly in level 1 or fast?
can the pas levels be changed from 5 to 9?
any info on how pas and throttle responds on this bike or any similar magnum bikes would be appreciated

Well I picked up one of these today and I'm not sure what year it is but the controller is crap which I expected and planning to change it over to a KT controller, if anyone has done a KT controller on a magnum bike and has any input that would be great
