Magnum or Rad purchase on black Friday

Hi All and happy holidays.

I have a 4 mile trip each day and not looking for much. Started with the Swagman eb5 and it works great but my son took it over since it much safer than the scooter (can't do any evasive maneuvers with a scooter). Looking in bikes and black Friday deals. I have it between a

Rad Power Radcity Step thru

and the Magmun Ui5

My pros for the Magmun are that its a Prime purchase so I could return free if any issues (I confirmed this with Amazon) until Jan 31 but the cons are that there is not as many reviews and the batteries can be 3+ years only already.

My pros for the RadCity are its a bigger battery and motor but cons are if I am not happy it will cost and may be not possible to take back.

Any advice would be appreciated. Will be making the purchase on black Friday.

Safe rides to all and happy holidays.

Other options might be the Kent Step thru 700c 350watt or Hyper E-ride city 250watt , at Walmart online. Neither have throttle control but great return policy if you have a store locally.

Thank you for the suggestions. Will certainly consider these but originally I was staying away from anyone who did not offer the brand name of their battery cells. Is that worth the consideration?

Kent states they use Samsung cells in their bikes. The hyper ebike are generic batteries which I confirmed thru customer service. A friend has the Kent bike and has been happy with it.

Lots of people lie about what cells are in their battery. I received two piles of trash via ebay & amazon allegedly built of samsung cells. If they had welded them together either might have been okay. What is more important is, does the vendor have a reputation for okay bikes? Both Magnum and Rad qualify in that department. No reports about battery problems. Two rad owners recently have complained about loose spokes in the wheel.
