Mag or non spoke wheels

I like the idea of non spoke wheels (less maintenance as I have read about spoke problems several times). Can anyone speak to the pros and cons of these different wheels?

I have the mags on my Pedego Platinum Interceptor. I bought them mainly for the extra weight capacity but they do eliminate the spoke issues which I've had in the past. The down sides to them are they add almost $400 to the price of the bike and they weigh 30 - 40% more than a spoked wheel. Other than that, they just look cool! I've had several complements so far this season.
