Hi, i just realized this is a bike forum but this is about electronics. My M1P has never gone the 37mph advertised. When i bought it used it only went 29. I have changed out the ESC and throttle so no stock gear left for propulsion power. I added another "bank" of batteries so its now 84v fully charged. Only does 32 mph. Im disappointed and cant figure it out. Thanks

I had to look up the specs, but couldn't find the weight. How heavy is the bike+rider? 2000 watts might not be enough motor to push that bike to 37 mph. What kind of battery? Sealed lead acid or lithium-ion?

No matter, you'll need to offer a lot more info to get a valid answer. All the above plus controller specs and all battery specs.

Good luck.

Lithium ion 30ah(for real). Aftermarket 72v(100v caps) controller. Bike is about 175lbs, im 230. 2,000 w rated hub motor. Im going downhill slightly too on the 32mph.
