List of BH retailers in the USA

Just received this list of US bike shops that still work with BH, in case you need to order parts. This is as of 7/31/2022.

Scratch the Seattle shop off the list. They don't work with BH anymore, not even to order parts.

Just deal with Crazy Lenny's, they were BH's largest dealer and their US brand manager now owns the place.

Yup crazy Lenny's actually just brought a big load of 2020 bikes in, so there is definitely some form of continuing relationship.

I have 2 brand new atomx coming tomorrow!

Crazy Lenny's responded that they have no more batteries than bikes. In other words no spares. And they did not respond about ordering any.

How high up the chain did you get? If that is just from email communication then you need to speak via the phone to the manager?

Have you tried the eBike store in Ballard that has been there for years? I seem to recall they had some Easy Motion bikes at one point. But because they have always seemed to deal in off brand bikes, that are well thought out btw, their mechanics and staff outside the door greeter are knowledgable and may know of a battery rebuild opportunity in your region?

That was where I went yesterday, and they were very clear that they don't work with BH anymore and said they had told BH to take them off the list.
