Light Mount for new Redshift Suspension Stem

I bought the Turbo Vado 4.0 SL EQ and I want to replace the stem with a Redshift Suspension Stem. The problem is that the light mounts by sliding into the Specialized stem. I was wondering if any of you know how to deal with the light when the stem is replaced.

I just got my tracking code for USPS. Judging by previous shipping experiences from USPS, that means it will get here between 2 days and 2 weeks.

I installed the stem last night. It took me a while to figure out where to mount the light. It was a lot of trial and error. I ended up using a zip tie around the exiting mount. When you turn the handle bars, the light moves with the steering column (headset) which is a good thing since it doesn't rub against the headset. I have not taken the bike for a ride yet so I'll have to review the stem later.
