I have recently purchased a focus jam 2 2020 emtb. Love the bike, but can't seem to get my Polar oh1 heart rate monitor working through the Kiox display. It says that it is connected but it doesn't give any heart rate data on the screen? I would appreciate any advice on this. Thanks.

I use a Wahoo wrist strap HR monitor (fits my biceps perfectly). Connecting it to my Kiox is frustrating. My routine is to switch the Kiox on first and then switch the strap on.
If I stop for too long the Kiox, in an outbreak of eco-awareness, will switch off and the connection will be forgotten. The HR monitor must be switched off and the start-up procedure repeated (Kiox first; HR monitor second).

ya when I tried my garmin HR it worked like a charm till I tired hoking my watch to it and that would show 0 then tried my arm again and only zero. Learned the turn the arm on after the kiox works pretty well. but it makes a difference having the recommend him.
