Keys and battery delivered separately?

Today I received my second XP 2.0.

The first one, delivered last week, had battery and keys included in the same box. The second xp was delivered today with no battery and no key.

The no key part has me a little concerned. Should I be? (Lectric is closed on weekends, or I'd call them. I did email but probably won't hear back until Monday.)
