Just ordered a Fold XS for "end of October"

You and me both. I have since cancelled that bike in order to purchase the Sondors LX mid drive with an end of January shipping. It hurts quite a bit. On the flip side my brother in law ordered a Super 73 RX at the beginning of August for October delivery and he just got notified it was pushed back to November. Hang in there 👍
You think the LX will ship on time? I would be very suspect of that date since there are predictions the first shipment won't be at customer's doors until December.

Yes I heard that too and no I don't think I'll get it on time. It sucks but at that time of year, a month or so won't make a difference where I live because it's too cold to ride and too dark by the time I get in from work. I change my order to the LX because it was much more bike for only $300 more due to the introductory price offer. I hope it's worth it.

Hey guys,I've been where you are.i ordered my Fold XS may 30 and fit it September 3, with a July delivery. But after a few emails and calls I found out the reason about the delay. We have to remember it's coming from China, and our country has put a hold on when and what comes in. So here it it, bikes are considered non essential and our country is stiff on essential items coming in first, so if there's extra room in the containers then non essential can have that space. So all the e bike companies don't want to say it before you buy because you might not want to wait for it. So after you buy it puts you in limbo to wait or cancel

Yeah I've had to bring this point up to a bunch of people bad mouthing companies for not delivering on time. It's not an isolated incident. Everyone is going through this. Factories shut down, shipping shut down, the whole world is in a slow down right now. So yes I fully expect my order will be delayed, I just hope the bike is as good as it looks.

I tell you this,it is fun as hell, but now here in NY, there's so many bikes that guys are forming groups and going on group rides and you see better bikes, that super 73 and onyx will make you think twice for a few hundred more,my problem now is do I want to sell my bike and get one of those super 73 or onyx bikes after I put an extra few hundred into the Fold XS already

The Super 73 and Onyx are definitely some nice bikes but they just don't fit what I need a bike to do. I think the only thing that may disappoint with the LX is the absence of rear suspension. How do you feel about the ride quality on the Fold since it's a fat tire with a suspension seat like the LX

Haha wow that's freaking awesome! I really want the Rockstar in matte black but it's already sold out and I just don't have the space for it 😫

Damn thats horrible for your brother in-law.

Yeah I was rolling around in a group with my 350 watt bike, I sold it about a month ago, wanted more torque and suspension. Dude whats your IG I'm from NYC too.

I'll buy your bike if its in mint condition with reasonable miles 😁

I brought a new suspension post because the one they give you is minimal suspension, Ritchie my brother believe it or not I don't do social media, but I'm really still in debate if I will sell it.i just got it the beginning of September, but if I decide to sell it you'll be the first I contact. It sucks when you get these bikes because you start to buy and buy more accessories, lights, horn/alarm seatpost, etc,I already spent maybe another $400 extra

Thanks man I appreciate that. Dang I got all my accessories all lined up already. Lights, phone mount, pedals.

You thinking about getting the super 73?

I'm thinking hard do I really want to go that route, it's a few I'm looking at but not definite on pushing the button. Those bikes can go 70 miles on 1 charge, super 73,onyx scrambler2, it's a few it there

I did the same thing you did but things early before I got the bike, only to realize after I got it I wanted more and better things for it. I only rode it say 6 or 7 times

I brought like a signal light by after I got the bike and looking at the bag on the rack, you can't see the signal light, so if course it's back in the box, I brought bell, didn't like the way it sound and found the juiced bikes horn and alarm, bell back in the box, so wait for your bike and then see what you want to add

How do you like the Suntour?

You will probably need a handlebar extension, I brought a bike helmet, then wanted one with bluetooth so I could answer my phone, another$100, other helmet in the box
