IZIP VIBE plus Step Thru review

I am planning to buy a new ebike for my wife and I would like to know if someone has any experience with this bike. Any know problems or reliability issues as well as quality and durability of the product. It seems to me to be a goo ebike but I am now to this. Regards.

My wife has a 2016 model. In 2017 we had the TransX motor replaced with the 2017 motor under warranty. In 2018 we had the battery replaced, also under warranty. It has been fine since. The 350w motor really pulls well on hills and it has a handy push-button thumb throttle. She loves the bike (partially because it's red ) and has ridden over 2400 miles on it.
