"Woe to the Bufo" abstain, have a Vado instead( with green eggs and ham,Sam I am- dang that sounds "Yodish',) had green ham before, certainly better than "Bufo with brunch".

I'm in the middle of a project smoking 2 vados break at the moment.
I'm going to flip this car, just had the head lights polish to looking new.

Looking good. I have even come around to embracing "patina" I would like to have a 56 Ford pickup with a small block, dark metallic blue, crown vic suspension, crager SS mags( 2.5 exhaust through cast iron manifolds, yes I know how to make Her scream( have to strap the ebikes down good in the back so I wouldnt lose them) Vados can wait,Green Ham cannot( gotta keep the 'magnets" from hatching)

Definitely looks like it goes on a shaft. I had a similar one on a brushed motor. It was on the end of the stator. Maybe @tomjasz knows for sure?

What if it's a shim and not a washer?
You could have movement on a shaft?
well if it doesnt work theres always the Heineken, and if that doesn’t work, the glock. And yes, clearly NOT a simple washer. I’d find where it goes and put it there.

I've seen similar sized shims that were stacked to get the proper clearance.
Some were paper thin.

@PedalUma, I've got something for you. Did you convert a Polish Creme bike?

Creme is one of several brands (also including NS Bikes, Rondo, OctaneOne as well as two bicycle component manufacturers) owned and managed by the 7Anna group.

See their website.

Interestingly, they make e-bikes, too. They chose Shimano as their motor/system provider. NS Bikes, Rondo or OctaneOne are not cheap brands at all! Respected in Poland very much.
Cool bikes but a bit of a language barrier - not nearly enough vowels for me. Speaking of Poland, ever read Alan Furst? Some of his novels take place there and most visit or have some connection. I’m about in the middle of reading them all in order.

Too much grease ? Okay I'll take some off I got to remove the motor again anyway I have to retrace the wire plugs because the fucking thing won't power on.
New bare bones canbus motor is $1000 plus shipping
Yeah I’d say a lot less grease. How much was in it when you split the case? It will heat up and want to vent - don’t know if there is a provision for that but if not it will have to give somewhere

this is what you buy for your bike when you smoke too much vado.

"Dem Vados, dem dizzy Vados, gonna smoke another brain!" ( sung to the tune of"Those dry bones") wished I had some good edible Vado, took three hits off some terrible Vado once, got so screwed up I couldn't trust myself to walk 75 yards home( now that's some Vado! Vado by any other name, still affects the same.)
