Inside of motor hub

Thought people might be curious what the inside of the hub looks like.
Fyi. Everything looks great..no issues, add a little grease and back together again.

What type of grease did you use? I ask for future maintenance to my hub. At how many miles / km's did you perform this maintenance?

I cleaned off the old grease that was kinda hard. See the pic of the gears..that's what it looked like..I then used black moly grease for gears. I did this at 2800 km...I don't know if this was necessary though. I did for curiosity. It was simple to take apart..just six screws and then a light tap...

I saw a picture on this forum somewhere of the asian ladies wrapping these motors with the copper wire in a sweatshop looking spot. So much for automation...

It's either the blue wire or the red wire... just pick one!

It was simple to take apart..just six screws and then a light tap...

You'd have to read a manual...

You don't have to read a manual..lts six screws and you tap on the oppositee side with a screwdriver handle and it separates.
