I have lost all assist on the bike and I am getting an error on my app stating the following:
POST static Gating test failure.
I have checked all connections and pin ports.
There is no error message on the digital display.
When powering up there is no error message, but as soon as I try to pedal with any assist level the error then displays on the app.
Any suggestions?
I have contacted iGo support but no reply to date.
