A quick check shows Scooteretti USA and Motostrano has it and I imagine Propel has it as well.

Cheap is kind of an open ended word when it comes to our expensive ebikes, no? When proprietary parts get broken, we are at the mercy of the OEM.

If you can afford a Haibike, you can afford the manufacture's replacement. Don't skimp, you'll regret it later.

Hello michwalker- Sorry to hear that. May not be a bad idea to do an upgrade to the Bosch Intuvia Display Performance Line with Bosch Intuvia thumb control unit. I had an issue with a different E-bike and I upgraded the UI and do not regret it. It has made my overall riding experience that much better. As indicated above, they have them at Motostrano. Happy shopping!

michwalker- Check this page out-Purions on Ebay- There are some from overseas, however, there are others you can 'make an offer' on that may take a relatively low bid. May be worth a try. Good Luck!
