I didn't solve my problems, so tomorrow I will send my CUBE Kathmandu Hybrid Pro 625 2021 to the seller and he will give me my money back. Now I have to choose the same e-kike or another one.
I am considering buying the same Cube or Cannondale Tesoro Neo X2 Remixte.

I can get tne Cannondale with 100 euro more than Cube.
Which of the two would you buy?

Both have the same Bosch Performance Line CX motor and 625wh battery. The Cube has a lighter 100mm air fork, vs the Cannondale's 100mm coil spring fork. The Cube has a heavy duty integrated rack that would be better for carrying touring panniers if you were planning to travel on the bike. The Cube has an 'Easy Entry' Wave style low-step through frame option that would be great for riding in town because it would make it easy to hop on or off the bike. The Cannondale has a faster 4a charger that would recharge the battery in less time than the 2a charger on the Cube, the Cannondale also has slightly better tires for gravel/off road riding, and a wider gear range. So you see both have pluses and minuses.

It is a hard choice as both bikes are equal. There is one component that cannot be really replaced later and it is the suspension fork. The one in Cube is far better. You need the air fork for ride comfort. So I vote for the Cube. You can replace the tyres later (if you wouldn't like them but the stock ones are very good) and I think you can also buy the Bosch 4 A charger later.


P.S. 10 vs 11-gear difference is minimal but maintenance parts for 10-gear drive-train (chain and cassette) are less expensive. Bosch Intuvia display is better than Purion. So Cube.
P.S.2. In every product in the world, there is always one or two annoying features that make the user dissatisfied in everyday use. I would say the fork and the display is something you would be experiencing on every single minute of your rides. So Cube.

The cube seems to have a more upright riding position when comparing pictures. Bikes a very similar as you know. If it where me, I probably go with the Cannondale based on looks.

They both look like excellent bikes. Id probably go Cube for the rack and fork. But really, they are both nice bikes and close in spec

It seems incredible: I like more that Tesoro "Alpine" colour but I like more the suspension Cube fork. uffffffff
I only need e-bikes with mudguards, do you know any other e-bikes that you think are better than those two?
Or should I not move away from those two?

These suspension seat-posts are not very special or impressive. There is a chance you would start thinking of replacing them with the Kinekt 2.1 or a Thudbuster in some future. Let the suspension seat-post not be a deal-breaker for you.

There are many e-bikes in the similar class. It is only the matter of price and availability. Four e-bikes that instantly come to my mind are: Specialized Vado 5.0 (step-over or step-thru) Specialized Como 5.0 (I mention the model number for the similar battery size as the Cube and Cannondale), Trek Allant+ 8, or Giant Explore E+. Look for 2021 models if already available.

P.S. Look to the European site of Bulls Bikes. The German company offers very nice Lacuba e-bikes in the same e-bike category. Not only Lacuba, of course.

No no. Trek is a bigger company than Cannondale and they are good.

28", 29" and 700c means exactly the same 622 mm wheel. "29" is a marketing gimmick.

Yeah, given the similarities between the two bikes, I'd say riding position would be the REAL factor for me, though they both look like they have adjustable stems from the pics.

If Cannondale made this version of the Tesoro available in Canada, it would have been mine. Here the Tesoro Neo X came with the Active Line Plus (which would have been fine), but only a 400Wh battery.

What's the weight differential between the bikes? I know the Kathmandu is about 58lbs, and the Canadian version of the Tesoro was about 48lbs (with the gimped power of course). That might be a factor. Never mind... the weight isn't that much of a difference

How could Cannondale shave 10 lbs off their ebike? Doesn't look realistic to me with the same motor and battery.

The Canadian version was 52lbs, but it had the Active Line Plus motor and just 400Wh battery. I struck out that comment before seeing your post.

OK, Kathmandu has the rated weight of 56.6 lb. I think the Tesoro might weigh a little bit less than the Kathmandu but it is not a dramatic difference.
P.S. All three e-bikes I own (a commuter, e-MTB and a touring bike) weigh 53 lbs each, meaning it is the typical weight of an e-bike if that is nothing overly heavy or very lightweight.

I'l tell you one thing: I had a typical Suntour coil spring fork in my touring e-bike. As that fork broke, I replaced it with a Rock-Shox air-spring one (the fork model that fitted my e-bike). The difference is huge. Now, I can ride on bad gravel roads even not really noticing them... (I was able to find out that air-spring fork used as much as 3/4 of its 50 mm travel on bad roads).

Cannondale costs 100 euro more than Cube. Repeat: I like more Cannondale for its colour and Cube for its air suspension.
