HyperScorpion Brakes Rubbing

I took my new HyperScorpion out for it's maiden voyage today and discovered the rear breaks rub. I watched a video on how to loosen the caliper from the frame then pull in and hold the break lever and tighten the screws. Did not work. Anyone know of a fix? The bike is so fast and incredible, probobly faster if the breaks were not rubbing LOL ;-) I am not a mechanic, but willing to try if guided. Thanks for the help.
