How to properly adjust a Mobie 25?

So I’m new to adjustable forks and I’ve searched for help in properly adjusting the SR Suntour Mobie25, but to no avail. I’m a bit shocked (pun intended) at the lack of help for consumers from many companies these days. So if anyone here can help with how to adjust this coil-based fork I’d really appreciate it.
