How struggling can it be to lift a 60lbs eBike to the 3rd floor?

This looks practical. I've only got 5 uneven height steps to go up and down, was planning on using walk mode on my (still awaiting) Magnum Metro but I'm going to give this a try just to spare the bike the bumping around on a regular basis.

It's doable but definitely not fun. My old ebike used to be 55 lbs, and taking it up my walk up was the worst. I ordered a Wing electric bike now and am waiting for it to arrive, it's only 40 lbs so should be a lot easier to carry around.

Awesome! You must have the new all-carbon Gain (versus the previous year alloy frame Gain which was a bit more than 13kg vs 11.3kg for the all-carbon Gain). Either way the Orbea Gain is awesome and IMO that is where the future of ebikes are heading. Light and carbon. Anyone who tells you that ebikes have to weigh 60-70lb because they are overbuild, does not know what they are talking about. IMO future ebikes will weigh half that or less, and you can performance ride them with or without power to the motor. The All-carbon Orbea Gain is showing us the future of ebikes... today!
