How does the Mission Control app's Eco mode compare to just the level 1 assist tune?

On a Como with a 1.2 motor with default tuning for assist level 1, I was wondering how this compared to same bike running on Eco mode with the Mission Control app. Trying to find our how much of an advantage the app offers?

I’ll throw in an answer without having tried the app myself.
As far as I understand the Mission Control app can be used to change the factory settings for Eco,Sport and Turbo.
The app doesn’t give your bike a new Eco mode unless you adjust it yourself with the help of the app.

On a turbo levo, the app allows you to set the amount of assist for each level. You could set eco at 100.
