How do you lock your Epik SE?

Can someone post a picture of how they lock their epik SE with a U Lock? My Epik SE is on it's way, and I have a New york U lock waiting. Looking at pictures, unless I lock it inside the handle below the seat, it looks like the bike can be dismantled and slide out of the lock.

I have the Epik SE, and yeah, that's pretty much the only way you can lock the frame of this bike. A cable can then be used to lock the wheels (to the u-lock).
