I bought an ebike to be part of an interesting new outdoor sports hobby. Reading EBR articles, watching reviews and searching these interesting forum threads is fun for me so I have joined in. I became interested in ebikes a few weeks ago after our powerboat engine failed and ended our (my) boating season in early July.
I had never seen an actual ebike and am 63 YR 5' 7" tall with only 25 1/2" inseam ( short arthritic legs ) and not been on a Jet Ski, bike or motorcycle in over 20 years.
BPM Imports F35-MX 20" 750W :
An ebike which has, at this time, few videos, or detailed pictures, specs or testimonial reviews
My criteria:
Under $2,000
Very Low minimum step over and seat height
Front and rear suspension
Powerful hub drive motor with a throttle.
I'm proud to tell you that I have ridden it several times and even now consider the whole experience worthwhile !
EBIKE Smile
Until I am more flexible and better at pedaling:
I have completed one modification that I have not read about, done 'back in the day' to motorized bikes.
I temporarily converted into a "Stealth chopper" throttle operated scooter by rotating the crank levers to the same position.
Good fun.
