Off road all day

I put together the cheapest setup possible, $100 Walmart bike and $200 Chinese chain kit. I figured 4 months at best out of it, i tend to take a lot of off-road trails.
450 watt, 24 volt and i drive it almost daily even in the Canadian winter now. Snow, rain it still goes.
The best part is i take wildlife photography, it's quite compared to a gas bike. I have found so many benefits compared to a 4-wheeler or gas bike.
Now i'm thinking to upgrade, the bike is starting to come apart, i've already started with an alum bike, magnesium rims, 30 amp hour, 24 volt Lithium battery, the rest i'm not sure of.
I took the motor apart to check it, the weak point i found was the teeth on the windings rod where wearing badly and not replaceable, soon to strip.
