Just got a Specialized Vado. I've been biking in the area since 1989 but aging has slowed me down, especially lowering my endurance. I was hoping that an ebike would "level" the riding field and after two rides I'm convinced that it will.
EBR's reviews were a great help in choosing the right ebike for me, especially the review in Palo Alto where Specialized sponsored a media event to introduce the Vado. Great video report which covered roads that I've biked on for many years and thus I could really see what an ebike can contribute to my riding.
