We have two 2019 Rad City, standard frame, shock absorber seat posts.
3200 miles on one and 2700 on the other. I have repaired one motor, rebuilt both free wheels to set proper play which eliminates the harmonic rattling in gear 5 and 6 at certain pedaling speeds.
