Hi there! Yes it is my first electric bike. I wanted a step through and the lady at the store told me that a 26" was what I should be getting as the 28 was too large for me. We searched so many ebikes, example: radbikes, rize bikes and others and we had a bike place here not far from here in Prince Edward County around Bloomfield, Ontario and went there so they can answer our questions and so forth and we found their bikes were expensive BUT the quality was great. Also if there is a problem they can service it there, etc. We were able to try some also which helped a lot. This place also rents them so customers can try them that way and there is a trail across the road from there where you can visit the wineries, etc. I did not have a chance to ride for awhile as the weather has not been that great. Once I get a picture of my ebike I will pass it on to you.
