Help! Trying to find the right battery charger for my EasyMotion Neo City bike

I am hoping someone knows where I might be able to find a replacement charger for my bike — it’s a 36volt 2Amp output charger, pictures attached.

Thanks -- I wrote to them, awaiting a reply. Apparently they are backed up for months due to COVID-induced demand.
 
you can just search it on their website and buy it. they have lots of bh/ easy motion parts.
