Help identifying friends bike

I created my account for the sole purpose of identifying this electric bike. A buddy of mine recently purchased it and we are having problems identifying much of anything or knowing what to look for. His primary goal is to replace the rear tire. (Note, I know nothing more. The photos I attached is all I have seen of it.)

Any help in pointing me in the right direction is appreciated.

Looks like an Indian or Chinese domestic electric scooter.

I think a 16"x2.25" Moped tire (not bicycle) would fit.. Try to read the sidewall, or take a picture of the labeling.

You want a stiff sidewall that a Moped tire would provide, since the bike is designed for two people and a heavy battery.
