Hello, I am the owner of an E-bike and have been riding throughout the Inland Empire in Southern CA. I ride a 2019 Haibike 2.0 Sduro with a Yamaha center crank PW-SE motor and a 500 WH battery. Great bike with about 900 miles on it.
Would like to find a way to upgrade the motor to the motor (Yamaha PW-X motor) that has the higher speed on it, for the hills I live around at the base of Mt Baldy. Would have to find an adaptor to fit the existing bike frame mounting holes to the newer motor. It appears that the Yamaha controller for the PW-SE motor could still be used with the newer motor. Anyway, if anyone knows someone that does this type of change, let me know.
