We have had Trek bikes for a while and I was going to convert them with the Bafang kits but found two LECTRIC bikes on FB Market at really good deals and we will keep the treks.
Picked up an XP Lite and an XP 2.0. The XP 2.0 came with a whole extra hub motor and wheel. I plan on putting that on a test bench and play with it. I already ordered a motor controller and an 9 Pin Julet Ebike Cable. I already have a power supply station that can do 48VDC.
I am very interested in doing some mods like @Shark413 did and may be asking you some questions. I want to change the forks to shock style and change the gearing I don't care about speed. I'm in my late 50's. LOL I already upgraded the seat and post.
Anyway here are some pics of the ebikes.
