Greetings from Poland.
I have recently owned a Raymon Trailray 180 ultra and have started to change it from the beginning. My plan is simple - cockpit without any cable, and with solutions without any compromises. I like to create unconventional solutions. My previous project was a full-suspension MTB bike weighing 7.6 kg. This one will be about 20 kilograms heavier as you can guess :)

Witaj Paweł! I'm not sure why you would like to modify that gorgeous and competent e-MTB that is already very clean? Yes, you could install the electronic drivetrain and dropper seat-post but what with the hydraulic brake lines and e-bike cables? Wouldn't your modifications affect the warranty?

Dobrego dnia!

Hi Stefan,
As you noted the seatpost and wireless derailleur is the least of the problems. The seatpost is already there - Magura Vyron V3. I'll have to wait a bit for the XTR Di2 wireless derailleur - it's not available from the distributor in Poland
As for the other stuff - I'm changing the handlebars and bridge, staying with the 35mm standard (carbon handlebar and Race stem are for sale - details in PM).
The new handlebar already has ports for running wires inside, so that won't be a problem.
This one will be to some extent for the brakes, although I've already thought this through as well. I changed the brakes from Magura MT7 to Gustav Pro, which has parallel cable routing to the handlebar. What's left is to drill 2 holes, drop the wires in and pull out the bottom :)
The problem I'm solving now is disconnecting the buttons and screen on the Yamaha Interface X to let them go inside of handlebar.

Alright Paweł! I can see you are a demanding, experienced and self aware person. Good luck! I cannot wait to see the outcome of your work!

P.S. XTR Di2 is max 11-speed and the cassette granny gear is not 52T... Are you sure you really want it?

XTR Di2 wireless is in two option GS and SGS. I need SGS 12 speed version for bigger cassette.
