So are you going to be going over the bike, or are you arranging to have that done for you? If you're doing it, I would suggest that after opening the top (both boxes) you can save the effort of lifting the bike clear of those boxes by standing the box on end, back of bike down, and just pulling (dragging) the bike clear of the boxes. MUCH easier than lifting!
