Giant Ride Control

Hi all
last night after my ride , I tried to save my ride on ride control and came up saying error , I have tried to log out and back in no luck ,I even tried taking it off and reloading it and this morning still won't let my log back in , if anyone has any ideas how to fix it would be grateful.

RideControl app is a poor piece of software. I recommend you record your rides with RideWithGPS, Strava, or Endomondo. I use the Giant app for motor tuning only.

P.S. It is not correct you post to General Discussion instead of to Giant Forum, and you duplicate the thread. If you visited the Giant Forum, you would spot existing threads on the Giant RideControl app.

Hi Stefan You couldn't delete the duplicate one for me, my internet was playing up and didn't know I put it up twice.
