Hi folks. I was waylaid a couple of years due to illness. I just updated the Ride Control app on my phone and tried to log in, but it no longer recognizes my email address (not « valid »). Just wondering if others had this issue - don’t really want to start over. Many thanks. (I ride a Thrive e+ ex)
