Giant Explore E 3 (2019) battery keyhole wobbly

hi all

i have a 2019 Giant Explore E, and I notice the key hole for the battery wobbles. If the road is bumpy, the keyhole area is making a loose noise.

is this normal?

My 2019 Explore is almost two years old now, and the lock and keyhole are still secured tight and don't wobble. Not normal, if you remove the battery you might be able to see how the lock can be tightened up.

There is a thred talking about that. There are some screws inside that are loose. There is a black cover that can be pulled off to access them. My wife's Liv was like that when purchased new. It is an annoying rattle
