Giant E Bike Battery Help

Tried to power up my 2020 Giant Trance E+ Today and the display is flashing red indicating a battery system error.

my bike is very new and the app indicates only 16 charge cycles on the battery. The only thing I did unusual was today I took the battery off while I was at work and stored the bike outside and my battery in my office with me. I almost never remove the battery.

i have now tried to remedy the situation by charging the battery both on and off the bike but when plugged in either way the charger does not recognize anything plugged in. Tried a second charger same result.

anyone have any tips on how to reset the bike/battery? I know it’s still covers under warranty but before i take it in to the bike shop for a warranty claim that will take days or weeks I figured I’d see if anyone has any advice.
Looked at the online manual... just says charging problem and contact Giant retailer. I have the same bike in a Liv version (smart charger) but no issues yet. I hope the solution is simple. At the shop you could at least try a different charger. Let us know how it goes. 🚴‍♀️
