getting a regular bike after my battery fails?

I can't do much today without a bottom bracket or the brake adaptors. I was dissapointed i forgot that rack on the bulls was built for that bike and the back fender tool but I have a rack to use I will need fenders. forgot to put on the back derailer, but i will wait on that. it was so hard for the bike shop to replace the shifter housing and the bikes electroic cable that I will just buy new housing I will wait on the rack to make the rest easier. I cant use the wheel lock either no mount for it. I will use the chain as it only has 200 miles on it. The suspension fork will work but I will wait and see if I need it. its a nice fork but it adds a lot of extra weight. I can use the front fender but I may just get a set.

"Surly Joe"? now that's right.

That would be an interesting contrast, but I would go with white. Black or yellow could look good too. Are you going to match the color of the hydraulic brake hose?

The yellow would vanish with that frame and black is so last year. no because I have to buy the brake housing with a banjo fitting so no colors, I bet. Plus, Yellow would look dirty in a day. But Jagware does have matching hose though, plus the right banko fitting so why not only a little more. The front will be black for a while as I don't have to do anything with it.
look the adaptor fits. for some reason, they have the same back brake mounting holes on the fork.

The local shop had some of the blue housing, but no hose got to wait on that. saved a fair amount on the bottom bracket and the shifter was only 15.00 with free shipping. I finally found the xt 10 speed shifter but I don't know if it would work with my Deore front derailer. I dont want to buy a new derailer to find out.

Late Amazon delivery look blue zip ties for the brake line. some stick on housing guides. not sure if I will need them but good to have and a hose cutting and press tool.

Watch it only if you are into sad endings. I guess that's Old Yeller and not Yellar.
hill talk in these parts( sad, read "Savage Sam),Like Dr,Strange love so to speak,I have come to embrace and even love yellow in some circumstances( easy to find in a parking lot" "Rich Rebuilds"-Rich found a yellow Prius destined for the crusher paid 100$ for it ,got it going fixed the paint ( despite 300K miles drove it from NY to FL, averaged over 40 mpg( been wanting Him to setup a shop around here( plenty of vacancies, even though the weather can get crappy as well as evidenced by the last 10 days, cant be as bad as NY-in short I love yellow under the right circumstances,( I agree yellow wouldn't have looked as good on "Surly Joe"maybe it is "yeller" because hollow is "holler",window is"winder"( wind not wind as in the clock) ad nauseam' carpe diem" sojourners!

Lookin’ good!!! Very cool! Love the splash of colors!

“Black is so last year…” That seriously made me laugh out loud! Good stuff fooferdoggie.

its just I have never had a bike that did not have black housing. And since it doesn't cost more, why not.
